Refund policy

We hope you love your UPMEN footwear. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it as long as:

  1. 14 days have not passed since you received your purchase

  2. The footwear is in new condition and with the original packaging

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. Returns must be in new condition (no wear on soles, no creases in the leather). It must also be in the original packaging.

International returns will incur shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will email you that we have refunded your purchase amount. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
